NCF2-200/300/400
- This models designed to autom ate the feeding, levelng, and materalhanding processesforcol materals instamping operations. It serves as a replacement for the curent GL two- in-one combination with an NC servo feding machine model avalable in the market. The previous modeloccupies approximately 5 meters of space, whereas this modelrequires only about 2.9 meters in length, resulting in significant floor space savings.
- The material rack employs an active unloading method and a hand-cranked expansion mechanism.
- Leveling and feding mechanism: It tsynchronzes levelng and feeding functionswhile automatcaly releasing tension to prevent erors durng contnuous stampng processes. It is suitable for automatic stamping of single punch molds as well as continuous molds.
- Height adjustment of the feed line: Manualcontrol.
